Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items so we can help you with a return or exchange. If your item is:

1. Defective
2. Damaged
3. Not as expected- significantly different than depicted by the shop, you were sent the wrong color, size or item.

Over the River Studio will exchange for another item or refund the cost of the item. Please return the item to:

Once we receive the item in new, undamaged condition a refund will be issued.

You have 30 days from the date you receive the item to get it back to us.

Personalized or custom items are non-returnable or refundable.
